Daily Routine

7:00 a.m.- Diaper change, then eats and gets burped.

7:45- Morning nap

9:30- Diaper change, eats and gets burped.

9:30-I get her dressed for the day

9:10-Place baby in bouncer or baby carrier while I make breakfast for my family.

10:00-Morning exercises (tummy Time, side lying, lying down to sitting up, sitting up with support, sitting up to standing position ( with support).

11:00- Diaper change.

12:30-Eats, gets burped and gets swaddled for afternoon nap.

2::30- Diaper change, eats & gets burped.

3:00- Exercises ( tracking objects, grasping objects, mirror time, serve and return).

3:30-Diaper change , eats and gets burped.

4:00-Gets swaddled and takes second afternoon nap.

6:00-Wakes up, diaper change, eats and gets burped.

6:30-Placed in bouncer while I make dinner for my family (my kids entertain my baby).

7:30- Swaddled and takes last nap.

9:30-Wakes up, diaper change and eats.

Twice a week Iโ€™ll give her a bath first, then Iโ€™ll feed her. On the other days, Iโ€™ll have her play on her play gym before going to bed at 10:30 p.m.

10:30- Gets changed into pajamas, gets swaddled and is put to bed , she falls asleep and is sleeping through the night. If she stirs, Iโ€™ll give her a dream feeding.

Remember, the way to calculate your babyโ€™s fluid intake (if formula feeding is to take babyโ€™s weight and multiply by 2.5. This is how many ounces are required in a 24 hour period.

Schedules will vary for infants, but they are key to having a happy baby that develops well. Your infant will average 14-17 hours of sleep during this time. Make sure to check future baby schedules.
